We offer free shipping charges on all orders above Rs. 500. For orders below ₹500, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and applicable rates.

Yes. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos, and we’ll assist you with a replacement.
Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
